  2. You have the right to refuse payment if you complain the service provided by MYWAY Beijing tour guides*.
  3. You have the right to change tour guide within the tour or choose the tour guide that you prefer.
  4. Your feedback is the ONLY reference that MYWAY Beijing promote/degrade our tour guide. Tell us your comment at: comment@mywaybeijing.com.

*Detailed complaint specification must be provided to MYWAY Beijing. We will check your complaint with the tour guide that serves you. Upon complaint confirmation, you could refuse payment.
